Gina Molinaro Hallisey
With over 25 years of experience as an event consultant, Gina’s company Get Connected Events, has been creating and producing innovative events since 2000. For the last 10 years Gina has produced a vintage Italian Circus in Colorado and recently took over as Director of the Automezzi, a Celebration of Italian Motoring. Gina’s love of music finds her focusing on supporting music venues, festivals and concerts across Colorado as a talent agent. Her favorite is a fundraising concert for Blue Star Connection, a charity dear to her heart. Gina is a native, raised in Welby, Colorado on a property her family acquired when arriving from Italy in the 1930’s. She enjoys spending free time with family and is “Noni” to two grand children that she adores. Gina has been a member of the IABA since the beginning and has served on the events committee.
Ann has worked in a variety of industries including manufacturing, retail, financial services and biomedical as an Accounting Manager/Controller.
She formed her Accounting and Tax business in 2013 and enjoys applying her experience to helping clients meet their business goals. She received
her Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Colorado at Denver and is currently a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals and National Association of Enrolled Agents.
When not at work you will find Ann hiking with Max and Toci, two black Labrador Retrievers, traveling to Italy, where she still has immediate family, or photographing the beautiful scenery Colorado has to offer.
John’s family came to Colorado from the Calabria region of Italy. He had the good fortune of living and working in Italy during his 20’s. A proud Italian-American, he is currently the Director of Sales & Marketing for Grandma’s Frozen Noodles, a family-run Denver-based company, that specializes in making egg pasta using the same methods and techniques that were brought over from Italy in 1961. John is passionate about all things Italian and enjoys connecting & conversating with people and organizations… preferably over good food and wine.
Born and raised in Italy, she's the founder of Simo Altitude, a graphic and surface design studio based in Denver. Simona has a 20 years background in the design field. She provides graphic design solutions for clients in the US and Europe; Her clients include Red Bull Media House, Costa Cruises, Archdiocese of Denver, U.C. Sampdoria and much more. As a surface designer, she illustrates products within home decor, textile, stationery, and giftware.
Joannie has been a member of IABA for over 12 years. Having been on the board as secretary, membership chair and now member at large. A great organization she enjoys all activities. Her heritage is 100% Italian (confirmed by
DNA). So proud of her family heritage .She is retired from her career job in sales.
Gary Molinaro has a proven track record in the commercial real estate business for over 25 years. He is a proud Italian American with his family originating from the Calabria region of Italy. Gary is proud to have been able to work with his Father and his oldest son Josh demonstrating their expertise in real estate for 3 generations since 1960. Gary also added his Insurance licenses to his business practice to further accommodate his client’s needs and handles the commercial side of his wife Lori’s State Farm Agency. He is blessed with a large beautiful Italian family with 6 healthy kids, part of a large Italian family who love to get together. That is why Gary’s motto is “When you work with us – you’re like family.”
